Rach did all the drawing for the animatic (great job btw) and I worked on the audio with putting them into the animatic, Rach and I both looked for the sounds in the Data drive.
We also scoped out a location to film, and claimed it

A change that happened in film:
The biggest change in the film and animation industry during this era, was that a lot of animations and films were being created for adults, being targeted towards a mature audience, the films included things such as nudity and foul language.\ and morbid themes.
The films in this Era were very experimental
There were other things such as stop motion films such as Dougal and the Blue Cat

Story:
5 guys a loitering in a museum, Ray, Reese Judus, Dan and Cole, Banging is heard from the ceiling and Ray falls through the roof screaming, he falls onto a spike surrounding a giant boulder, he bangs his head onto the boulder sending it rolling.
Reese, Judus and Dan run away from the boulder, Reese and Dan run to the sides, while Judus runs in front of it, as expected the boulder catches up to him squashing him flat, Reese backs up at the sight of seeing two people die, he bangs into something and looks back to discover he knocked into a tall suit of armor, when he knocked into it he dislodged a giant axe poorly tied to the wall, the axe swings around and cuts of Reese's head.
Dan looks over the scene of dead people, he isn't scared just happy that he unlike the others didn't die, Ray then brings it up that he is as well dead to, dead from a heart attack, Cole butts in introducing himself, and revealing he was dead the entire time having died from starvation.
After talking a bit they hear the scream of someone new to see its a janitor.

Verite, was of filming things as they were, creating a recording of how things really are rather then creating a story and movie, it became popular in the 60's

I thought this mockumentry was great, It seemed so real to me up till they got to the part where the dude stole 2,00 eggs adding to that building an entire city on his own, I found the reduculous stretches hilarious
Review: I found this film amazing, not only is it a New Zealand film Set in New Zealand, it has great comedy and is shot in an interesting way, that would be in documentary view, All the characters added great assets to the film and even though it does not have a story line as is in usual movies, it follows a simple kind of story or a slice of life story if you will.
Also has some great NZ actors as well.

The whole concept of memes could be considered a trend but each meme in themselves is not a tread but as it explains itself a meme. and Internet joke or humor that spreads around like wildfire.

My review:
Once again I was almost falling asleep, the use of voice over for the entire film was a bad desision and I couldn't pick up the plot at all, I also think that they used way to many still shots, it didn't draw my attention at all
Create a animation that carries on like a chain, or create something that can be repeated by various people,
Other then a meme I could extend this to an animation colab for various people to add their own ideas and characters too, starting off with mine
What I have noticed about various animation memes, is that they are short and have a beat too it, nothing that would take ages to animate yet interesting original and up to pop culture on most occasions.
This is something that also occurs in animation colabs, if I make it bouncy and reference what is in modern culture without coming off as
(Next Player, boss fight style? It has the option of being a chain or repeated creation)

Im not sure about the character either (yet) whether is is an oc (which would make the meme a form of OC map) or if it was created specifically for this animation.
Unable to find the same character on their other youtube videos or their devient art so i think it is logical to say that the character was made for the meme.

Animation memes are creations that can be recreated in any way the creater or parody maker wants as long as it sticks to the base source, It usually is pretty short and repetitive as it wont be too much work for others to create
When and if I make one im not expecting it to get far as I don't have any print in the animation culture on youtube as of yet. that thing takes time in which I wont have while making this
Colabs on the other hand are usualy done in a group and arn't chains, I supose a combination of both would be some sort of colab chain meme where people just add onto what exist instead of making a parody.
What kind of visuals ?Visuals really depend on the type of artist and their style, but one thing most of the memes and colabs have in common is that they are very simple they aren't intricate for the most part, ones that are, are stills some with boning to move them.

A character that fits the type of meme im going for, example, for the bipolar meme the character is intricite and crazy looking and for the Floor is lava meme, the character is very rounded and sppealing to the eyes with a pastle pallet

Elvrie is a dragon and only half of a soul, half of a being. She is the Light of a whole,
Elvrie can't keep a stable existence without her other half without her darkness, however despite all her instincts making her hunt down her darkness, she runs from her inevitable fate.
Elvroe:
Elvroe is a demon, bent on combining with its Light, it lust after being whole being complete, being only half a soul, the darkness of a soul causes it great pain and loneliness, and strives to hunt down its light to become whole, despite being the dark half Elvroe has no ill intent, as it knows that to become more to move on both Elvrie and her must join together.
Elvraite:
Elvrate is the complete being of the dragon and deamon, it is the harmony of light and dark.
Overview from my eyes: Animation in this time was in my opinion very spoof like, and light harted
During this time films such as The jungle book was created.
This Era of animation held a wide variety of animation types, it was the age of experimentation within the animation community.
Some of the animation from this era was of very high quality like the ones from disney. That is not to say the ones with more sketchy and jittery movements were not good (unlike some of today *cough cough* Ben 10 reboot)
